HEED Handicrafts is a job creation project of HEED Bangladesh (Health, Education and Economic Development), a Christian non-profit development organization. HEED Handicrafts trains and works directly with marginalized artisans to create jobs and employment. Artisans who work with HEED develop their skills while improving their economic status and self-esteem.  With over 30 years of experience, HEED Handicrafts has impacted the lives of over 11,000 artisans, providing them with a sustainable livelihood as well as basic services like education and healthcare.

HEED Handicrafts specializes in many types of crafts, including natural fiber baskets, grass, terracotta, handloom textiles, leather, and embroidery.  SERRV has worked with HEED for over 20 years.
