Just Coffee is a 100% fair trade coffee roaster that is passionate about Fair Trade, building sustainable economies, and being politically involved both locally and globally. A visit to a Mayan coffee cooperative in the state of Chiapas, Mexico convinced Just Coffee that sales of coffee in the U.S. could help struggling coffee farmers in the developing world. They set out to build a coffee company and another way of doing business that would link themselves with small coffee farmer organizations working for social and economic justice.

In addition to coffee from Chiapas, Just Coffee now imports green beans from cooperatives around the world, including Guatemala, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Peru, Ethiopia and the Dominican Republic.  They roast the coffee in Madison, Wisconsin in an air roaster, resulting in a cleaner, fresher taste. Their coffee is delivered locally by bicycle or their bio-diesel powered van. They are proud to be a cooperatively-run coffee roaster that offers nothing but delicious fair trade coffee.
