You may return or request a replacement for any item within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied. Fill out a Returns Form and send it with the item in the original box (if possible). We recommend you insure your returns. Also fill out this form if you received damaged or extra items. We will be happy to replace any damaged item at no charge to you. If you prefer, we will issue a refund check or credit your account. We will pay for return shipping on defective items or items packed in error.
