Cambodia: Weave a Bright Future
Equip women in rural Cambodia with new sewing machines, looms, and training. SERRV partner VillageWorks runs a training center where women from rural villages learn the skills to make handcrafts and make those crafts so they can stay in their villages rather than migrating to the city for work.
The women now share sewing machines and stitch by hand, which makes production slow. Your donation will purchase sewing machines, looms and provide training to more women.
Plant a Seed to give Cambodian women opportunities to keep bringing home food for themselves and their families. Help them break the cycle of poverty. You will receive a card containing details about the Plant a Seed Project you’ve chosen which you can pass on to a friend or relative.
