The first step is to request a catalog packet, which will include all of the information needed to help you get started. Be sure to select the Serrv House Party Packet option. This packet includes a catalog, tips and theme ideas, talking points about Serrv, order forms, and more! Upon receipt of your paperwork (2 forms), you can also request up to 10 free catalogs plus we will send you stickers, signs, and more.

Forms:
- Sales Agreement and Account Information Form — Print & return 4-8 weeks prior to your first party.
- Community Sale Order Form — Print & return 4-5 weeks prior to your first party, if you want to have items on display or to sell there (these are not returnable).
- When your order arrives, use our Adjustment Form to let us know if you received too many of an item or if anything was broken or missing. Mail it back to us within 10 days of receiving your shipment.
