Who can fundraise?

Anyone and everyone! Simply choose a nonprofit cause that you care about and sign up for a custom web link to get started. In addition to supporting two nonprofits (yours and ours), SERRV & Earn sales increase awareness and support for fair trade in your community.

How can I fundraise with SERRV & Earn?

We'll refund 20% of your total online sales to a nonprofit of your choice (e.g., charity, church, school, or other community organization), or you may choose to donate your refund back to SERRV International to support our fair trade mission.

How do I get started?

Sign up here and we'll send you a custom web link to share with your community, inviting them to shop from hundreds of beautiful artisan-made handcrafts from around the world.

Do you provide support materials to help promote my fundraiser?

Yes, you can find a variety of options on our Fundraiser Support page, including email and social media messaging, signage, and handouts that you can customize with your web link and charity name.

How long should my sale run?

SERRV & Earn is free of deadlines and time limits and is here whenever you're ready to promote it to your community. We recommend an online-only event run no less than 7 days and no longer than 30 days.

When will shoppers receive their orders?

All orders for in-stock products leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours (weekdays) and will typically be delivered 3-5 days after that.  

Do shoppers pay shipping?

Yes. Shoppers will pay our regular shipping prices for delivery to their homes. If you are interested in delivering all orders to a single address, contact us.

Can I monitor incoming orders during my sale?

Yes. You'll be able to log in to your account and see dollar sales to date. We'll also send you a monthly update via email. Orders will show one day after they've been placed.

When will my nonprofit receive their donation?

SERRV International will issue quarterly checks to designated nonprofits.
