The Fine Print:
SERRV Perks earning seasons will be January through July, and August through December.
At the end of each season, we will let you know when your credits are available on your account and send you any earned FREE Shipping Promo Codes.
Your credits and Promo Codes will be based on your actual shipped volume during the program season, and must be used by the end of the following season.
For GROW with us! You must have at least 12 months of sales to be eligible for credits. Credits will apply to your specific store and are non-transferrable to a new owner. You'll see your credits on your monthly statements until they're applied--please sign up for our eco-friendly e-statements by emailing orders@serrv.org. You must tell us when you want to apply the credit. Let us know in your online order comments or send Customer Care an email with your order confirmation number.
For $5k & FREE! With every additional $5000 in shipped orders, you'll receive an additional FREE Shipping Promo Code, up to 6 in total. Promo Codes are valid on wholesale orders over $500. One Promo Code can be applied per order and can't be used for freight shipments, addresses outside the continental U.S., back orders, final sale, chocolate, gift cards and donations. Promo Code is for ground shipping only.
Credits and Promo Codes cannot be used on the same order. Credits for problems, returns, canceled orders, product exclusives, and back orders will not be included in order totals. The SERRV Perks Store Rewards Program is available to all wholesale accounts in good standing, excluding high-volume retailers with custom pricing structures and orders on third-party sites. Once you've signed up, Customer Care will confirm your participation by email. SERRV reserves the right to change the program and terms at any time.
