Our artisan partners work under conditions that we can hardly imagine. Power outages, lack of raw materials, unreliable transportation, floods, cyclones, and droughts can all cause unexpected delays in the delivery of their handcrafts to us. In addition, the handcrafted nature of our products and fair trade terms means a longer turn-around time for reorders. This means that products you order from SERRV may sometimes be out of stock. You can view estimated delivery times on individual product pages. Products over $20 may also be backorderable—you'll see this information when you look at all the products in a category.
On the individual product page of an out-of-stock item, you can click Notify me when this item is in stock to receive an email when it's available for purchase.

Printing and mailing catalogs is very expensive. To make the most effective use of our resources, only the first two catalogs are complimentary. You can order additional catalogs in groups of five for $5 each. Order extra catalogs.

Unfortunately, we don't have a physical location. However, businesses around the country sell SERRV handcrafts! Use our Store Locator to find a fair trade store near you.

We will ship your order within 3-5 business days after receipt if not sooner, and ground and expedited shipping methods are available. Please allow more time for processing during November and December.

It doesn't matter which shipping method you choose! You must select a shipping method to complete your purchase, but we won't charge you shipping when we process your order.
We do ship orders to the United States, U.S. territories and Canada. Unfortunately, however, we can't process credit cards from outside the United States and Canada. View the shipping table for personal orders within the United States.

This is just a reminder that you haven't met the $250 minimum order requirement for all wholesale orders. Add a few more products to your cart to meet the minimum, and this will disappear.
