Please note: All shipments are delivered using FedEx or USPS, no freight forwarders. Shipping fees for back ordered items are prorated between the initial order and the back order shipment.
Freight Shipping
In an effort to be fair and consistent, and to manage our costs, we've updated our shipping policy for freight shipments. As of 9/15/2022, wholesale freight shipments will be charged 75% of actual freight or customers can use their own shipper. We'll shop for best rates and freight charges will be billed separately. We'll do our best to inform you prior to shipping your order. (Depending on merchandise purchased, orders over $2,000 may ship freight.) As always, freight shipments are exempt from Free Shipping promotions. This policy is subject to change.
Special Orders
These orders may require a 50% advance payment, depending on order size and account history with SERRV. All special orders must be paid in full prior to the ship date. Product packaging and shipping instructions must be confirmed at the time the order is placed.
Special orders will be charged actual shipping or use your company's shipping account. If actual shipping is used, this invoice will be separate from the product invoice.
Store Locator Policy
We add retail stores to our Store Locator based on their partnership and fair representation of SERRV products. This is to ensure that consumers who are looking for SERRV items will find a comprehensive selection of fair trade handcrafts and foods if they visit your store. We list retailers ordering over $5000 within 12 months. Our list is reviewed every January. Please contact Marketing at marketing@serrv.org if you have any questions.
