The rounded forms of this hand-carved and sanded acacia wood salad set feel great in the hand and look gorgeous on the table. Set includes one large serving bowl, six salad bowls, and 12" salad servers. Wood is sustainably harvested. Large bowl: 4"h x 12"sq; small bowls: 2"h x 6"sq

Care Instructions: Wash before first use. Hand wash using a soft sponge and mild soap. Do not soak pieces. Not dishwasher safe. Dry thoroughly, then let air dry overnight. To enhance the natural beauty of the wood, periodically rub with food-safe mineral oil.

This set is beautiful and very useful. The square shape and lovely wood makes its stand out in any setting. It holds up very well. I have given this as a wedding gift eight times over five years and have just purchased another two sets for couples planning their weddings. All of the recipients have expressed their appreciation. And some have said that they use it not only for salad but as a centerpiece.

This set was purchased for my grandson and his wife. I checked it before I wrapped it. The finish is very soft and smooth to the feel it is well made and very sturdy but not heavy. I really like this company and their products and their mission. I will be doing a lot of shopping with them when I need a gift for someone or just something for me !!
