scarf order/delivery issue

The scarves I ordered were beautiful. The silk scarf was very soft and the colors vivid. However, I did not keep it due to a delivery issue. I had paid 2 day so that I would have it in time to give to a friend at school the Friday before our break. Prior to placing the order I called and spoke to an employee, who assured me I would have it by 8:00 PM Thursday night. My order did not arrive until Friday night, at which time I did not need it anymore, as the time had passed for me to give it to my friend. I think as long as you are not in a time crunch for your order, you would be fine. I have ordered from Serrv in the past and not had a problem. This time, though, it did not work out.
