Wrong size on website

This purse is beautiful but being sent back unopened. It is HUGE, 15 x 12", not 11 x 12" as labeled on the website. Too bad, been watching for it to go on sale but cannot use it. Longtime customer of Serrv and great customer service.
Owner Response: Thank you for letting us know, we have double checked our inventory. It seems right if we measure the side panel width separate from the gusset/depth, with variance within 1/2 inch. Thank you for your support!

So far really like the bag. Very roomy interior and nice outer pockets. I removed the shoulder strap and find it comfortable to carry.

This gorgeous bag weighs 2 lb, 4 oz and although that doesn't sound like a lot, with my things added inside it is. I am sadly returning it because it isn't comfortable to carry. Serrv has been very reasonable about the return. Thanks.

This is the best quality bag I have ever owned! Better than my previously owned high end, name brand bag. I love the color, style and durabilty and get compliments on it all the time. I wil definitely be purchasing my future bags from this company. I love that my purchase benefits others too!
