Dockside Baskets - Set of 2

On the set I received, the exterior rope was bright orange. In the pictures on the site, the exterior rope appears a neutral, natural color. I did not want orange baskets and would not have bought these if they had been accurately depicted. I followed Serrv's return procedures, explaining to the representative on the phone that the reason I was returning them was because the color was not as advertised. They processed my return and told me to ship the item from a USPS post office. That's where I learned it would cost me $40 minimum to ship them back. I'm disappointed that Serrv is unable to cover any portion of the cost of return, considering the item depicted is different from the one they sent me. This was an expensive and disappointing experience.

These baskets are beautifully hand crafted and sturdy.

We love these baskets, and bought 2 orders of them (4 baskets). They are really good looking and add a lovely touch to our bedroom and living room decor. We use them as laundry baskets, and containers for throw blankets.
