Ingredients:

Fair trade sugar, fair trade cocoa butter, dried cream, fair trade cocoa mass, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin (non GM), fair trade vanilla.

Manufactured in an environment where nuts, milk, gluten and wheat are present.

This is the best chocolate I have ever had. It is "seriously smooth". There are other good chocolates on the market, but this is the only one I know is fair trade and can be sure little children are not doing the harvesting.
