The other items were delivered, but this was not. There was an invoice inside saying it was backordered. No delivery date, no email ahead to let me know and it's a gift. I emailed customer service and am waiting for a response.

I am very excited by this purchase because I plan to give them as gifts next year, after holding one for myself. They are so beautiful, artistic, and well crafted, and I know the people who will get them will be very pleased. A group of us are "egg" collector, always looking for something unusual, and these were very much worth waiting for! Thanks.
