These were a gift to my sister and brother-in-law, along with 1 of the beautiful wooden trays and turquoise mugs, also from Serrv. They loved everything, and found them very useful, especially when they have guests. The colors are gorgeous and vibrant, the quality is very fine. I frequently order gifts from Serrv and find the quality to be consistently good, and prices very reasonable for the quality and craftsmanship. And I like knowing the artisans are directly supported by all purchases.

timing much delayed

Regretfully, I will not be ordering from Serrv again, despite the good work you do. It took more than a week simply to process the order, and then it was not delivered when indicated (Fri, 12/13) but two days later, Sun, 12/15. The timing was crucial, as it related to when I was available at that address to gift the recipients of my order, and these delays made it impossible to do so. This is not reliable processing, so I will not risk it again with another order.
