First, this olive oil is fabulous, tasty and delicious. It wins the awards to prove it. It's good. Second, it's harvested and bottled by a cooperative of Palestinian and Israeli women, jews, christians, muslims and more. They are a model for what can be done when we desire to work together. You can visit them when you travel and their hospitality is a gift. Third, LOVE the new label! "Extra Peaceful Olive Oil." Fourth, I'm review the large bottle because that's what I buy for our household use. Yum. But we purchase the the smaller bottles by the dozen as holiday gifts, and our multi-faith friends love it!

I use a lot of olive oil for cooking, and this is an excellent product. I was impressed with the solid packaging of the case of bottles. It was good to see the divided carton and heavy corrugated cardboard that kept the bottles safe in transit.

So not only does this oil have a great social justice background (Palestinian and Jewish women working together) but it is a great tasting oil. We use it for stir frying, in salads (with some vinegar), and making pesto to name a few uses. We have not used it for deep frying and I do not think it would do well for that. I highly recommend this oil!

I do all of the cooking for my family because I really enjoy preparing and serving food. I use a lot of olive oil for the dishes I prepare and so being able to stock up and support a worthwhile organization , I am happy to do so. This is the third or fourth time I have purchased the organic olive oil and it will definitely not be the last. There may be better oils that you can purchase, but I doubt you will find a better way to support others. This product works well for sauteieng, marinades, and dressings and is a regular part of my pantry stock

I love this olive oil and I love who is making it. The cooperation of the Jewish and Palestinian women is wonderful but the oil tastes great! I use it in salads, cooking (I love the taste when roasting vegetables!), and dipping bread (mix in some salt, pepper, and pesto for a yummy treat).

We love the olive oil, but the packing for our 3 cases (yes, 36 bottles in all) was insufficient. A bottle of broken olive oil, with oil everywhere and broken glass, makes for quite a mess. Did not bother filing claim, just cleaned it up and used the remaining 35 bottles.

I bought a whole case of this olive oil. I am kind of disappointed because, it is not aromatic. What I mean is that I buy lots of Portuguese oil and when I open a bottle of Portuguese olive oil, I can actually smell an aroma of olives. I will not buy this olive oil again!

I use it all the time in cooking, and for drizzling over food such as hummus. It has a bit of a "bite" when tasted by itself, but that is not noticeable in food. Tastes very good in food. My order was delivered quickly, and was well-packed, it arrived in good condition, no broken bottles or other problems.

I've used this oil for years, give it as gifts at holidays; it's really good. And it's organic. I visited Palestine this year for first hand view of what this women's cooperative is doing ...and it tastes even better!

I bought a case of small bottles, which is almost exhausted. I gave a few bottles as gifts but have been using most in my breadmaking, salads, pastas and dips. It is so mild and wonderfully flavored it works anytime. I'm buying another case today.

I bought a bottle of Sindyanna Organic Olive Oil from a discount basket in a specialty grocery store. It is now over two years past its "Best Before Date" and as sweet and good as ever. It has the most appealing flavor I've ever found in an olive oil. I spent a long time looking for it to buy online. I am so grateful to the women of Israel and Arabia for combining their love, inteligence and hope for the future in the enterprise that is Sindyanna.
