Cardinal birdhouse

This is an adorable birdhouse. My only complaints are it's more tall than squatty and the opening for the birdies is kind of small. I can't picture anything bigger than maybe a finch being able to use it.

I had purchased a similar cardinal at an import store in CO. My brother loved it and wanted one but I wasn't able to find another nearby. We traveled to Peru last spring and looked high and low for one of these adorable bird houses. No luck. So I was thrilled to find Serrv and the birdhouse I was looking for. Each is unique as they are made from gourds. They are beautifully painted and well crafted. My brother was so happy to set this out in his yard in AZ.

So Cute!

I had recently ordered 2 owl gourds and a cardinal gourd birdfeeders for my daughter & daughter in-law for Christmas. I loved each of them when they arrived! I then found out my daughter-in-law loves cardinals in addition to owls, so then just HAD to get another cardinal bird feeder! O my gosh! They're so cute! SERRV was so kind to include a 6 pack of small candy bars as they had been providing them to people with orders over a certain amount and must have noticed my orders combined surpassed that! I was so surprised and pleased! Excellent workmanship and customer service. I couldn't be more pleased!

If You're Ordering More Than One...

These are adorable, very well done, down to the tails, no squawk about the quality, and yes, I read the disclaimer about these not being identical, they are made from a natural product and are artistic creations, not machine made garbage, but I bought two to act as bookends, if you will, over my back deck, and one is three inches shorter than the other, with a similar reduction in girth, and they look a little silly. My point is that someone could have made an effort for a customer to pick out two that were closer in size, just in case they were going to be used as I'm using them. I have two other decorated gourd birdhouses from SERRV over my front porch, and they are not identical, but are very similar in size, and if someone made the effort to send those as a pair, someone could have made a similar effort with these. Something to keep in mind if you want to decorate with more than one.
