Glazed in colors that reflect the shores and depths of the lakes of Vietnam, this spoon rest offers a bold and beautiful look to any kitchen. Made in Bat Trang village, famous for its centuries-old tradition of creating fine ceramics. Dishwasher/microwave safe. Due to handmade nature and reactive glaze, coloration and pattern varies. Dimensions: 1"h x 5"dia.

Our products are tested for lead content and are made for food use in accordance with FDA guidelines for food-safe ceramics.

Just perfect spoon rest

This is a just perfect spoon rest. Large enough to accommodate my cooking spoons. Had been using for years a rectangle spoon rest which is good if you have a small narrow spoon; but, not so accommodating for larger spoons. We are very satisfied with this purchase.

LOVE the deep blue color of this spoon rest! I also like that it sits very flat on the counter and doesn't have a "handle" like a lot of spoon rests do. The bowl of the spoon rest is nice and wide and accommodates all kinds of utensils. I bought 2 so I have one as a backup in case I break the first one (clumsy happens!).

I have a hand-made pottery bowl that I bought years ago on vacation in VA. Was looking for something to match. Not an identical match, but works for me. Beautiful, vibrant color. I especially appreciate that it is not a standard spoon rest with a "long tail," which takes up too much room on the stove (in my opinion). Exactly why I considered this one.

I bought this to go with a utensil holder I bought previously, but instead of the clear blue pictured it's green, and clashes. I couldn't be bothered to do a return since it wasn't expensive and I have limited mobility, but I really wish the color had been accurately shown.
