Free ground shipping is not applicable on orders with large items, food-only orders, previous orders, special orders, pre-orders, back orders, or to non-contiguous states. Offer is valid only for wholesale customers in good standing. SERRV reserves the right to change Shipping Chart and Free Shipping tier at any time.
Some large items may incur additional shipping charges.

Special Orders
These orders may require a 50% advance payment, depending on order size and account history with SERRV. All special orders must be paid in full prior to the ship date. Product packaging and shipping instructions must be confirmed at the time the order is placed.
Special orders will be charged actual shipping or use your company's shipping account. If actual shipping is used, this invoice will be separate from the product invoice.
Store Locator Policy
We add retail stores to our Store Locator based on their partnership and fair representation of SERRV products. This is to ensure that consumers who are looking for SERRV items will find a comprehensive selection of fair trade handcrafts and foods if they visit your store. We list retailers ordering over $5000 within 12 months. Our list is reviewed every January. Please contact us at wholesale@serrv.org if you have any questions.
