Why is the item I want out of stock?
Our artisan partners work under conditions that we can hardly imagine. Power outages, lack of raw materials, unreliable transportation, floods, cyclones, and droughts can all cause unexpected delays in the delivery of their handcrafts to us. In addition, the handcrafted nature of our products and fair trade terms means a longer turn-around time for reorders. This means that products you order from SERRV may sometimes be out of stock. What is the ETA of backordered and coming soon items?
You can view estimated delivery times on individual product pages. Products over $20 may also be backorderable--you'll see this information when you look at all the products in a category.
How do I sign up to be notified once an item is back in stock?On the individual product page of an out-of-stock item, you can click Notify me when this item is in stock to receive an email when it's available for purchase.
How do I request a catalog?
Visit this page to request your SERRV catalog, or send an email to email@example.com.
Can I have 10 (or 20, or 50, or 100) catalogs for my event?
Printing and mailing catalogs is very expensive. To make the most effective use of our resources, only the first two catalogs are complimentary. You can order additional catalogs in groups of five for $5 each. Order extra catalogs

My catalog doesn't mention how to care for my handcraft. Where can I find that information?
Care instructions, fiber content, and ingredients for your handcrafts and foods are located on our website. Just search for your handcraft by name or product number. Still have questions? Please give us a call.
I love your products, and want to shop in person. Do you have a store I can visit?
Unfortunately, we don't have a physical location. However, businesses around the country sell SERRV handcrafts! Use our Store Locator to find a fair trade store near you.
How do I view my shopping cart?
Click the shopping cart icon at the top-right of our website, and you'll be able to view your cart from there.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We will ship your order within 3-5 business days after receipt if not sooner, and ground and expedited shipping methods are available. Please allow more time for processing during November and December.

I'm purchasing an Electronic Gift Card. Which shipping method do I choose?
It doesn't matter which shipping method you choose! You must select a shipping method to complete your purchase, but we won't charge you shipping when we process your order.
I do not live in the United States. Can I still buy from you?
We do ship orders to the United States, U.S. territories and Canada. Unfortunately, however, we can't process credit cards from outside the United States and Canada. View the shipping table for personal orders within the United States.
How do I sign up for a wholesale account?
From serrv.org/wholesale, click the CREATE ACCOUNT button, or visit us here.
I have changes to my wholesale account, how do I make them?
Make sure you log in, then visit the member homepage and follow the appropriate links.
Why is my shipping cost $5000?
This is just a reminder that you haven't met the $250 minimum order requirement for all wholesale orders. Add a few more products to your cart to meet the minimum, and this will disappear.
