Made from soft, natural waru wood, which comes from the hibiscus tree. The color tones in the wood can vary from blues and greens to richer purples, giving each kitty its unique appearance. I bought a few for gifts but ended up keeping 2 for myself, they are LOVELY, and each one has unique patterns due to the wood and are soft and smooth to the touch.... Quite comforting for someone who can't have a pet but wishes for one...
