I contacted customer service about 10 days after placing the order and was told it could not be fulfilled. Why wasn't I notified sooner by the company?

These beautiful eggs have brought me so much joy! I have them arranged in the vine nest Serrv also sells and it's a beautiful focal point during the Spring. High quality and meticulously painted.
