Very cute but doesn't stand up by himself, have to put a weight on his feet. Is that common?

Got him for Thanksgiving next year, but he's so nice I put him out to watch over my bedroom.

I ordered this turkey because I needed something to replace the usual table decorations for Thanksgiving. This little turk fills the bill to a tee. It is very well made and appears almost to talk. I am very pleased with the little fellow.
