Excellent craftsmanship. Beautiful product. I bought it to use as a plant stand for my potted terrarium garden. Looks wonderful!

This cake stand was intended to be a gift for a friend, who has received other items from this company. She is pleased with them all, and especially this cake stand. It fits in nicely with other serving items, I have ordered for her, from here, in the past. I would recommend this item AND this seller!
Onyx Cake Plate

There were some gluing issues with base to plate and mine arrived detached. Apparently it was an issue with the artisans choice of glue which was immediately addressed and remedied. I received a new one within a 2 week time frame. What really stood out to me was the incredible customer service I received. I've been in sales most of my life and know good etiquette when I experience it. Hats off to you Serrv. It is certainly a pleasure doing business with you now and in the future.
Rough edged onyx cake plate

This is as beautiful and then some as pictured! My first plate arrived defective as the wooden base had separated from the stone due to a gluing issue with the artisan. That problem was immediately addressed and and resolved by the maker. Serrv sent me a new improved plate within a 2 week period. I must take this opportunity to thank the support team with addressing my issue with kindness and concern!!! I've been in sales most of my life and truly understand a 5 star treatment when I get one. Soooooo incredibly rare these days . Hats off to you, your artisans, and most of all your stellar customer service.
