Blue Jasmine Mug
Feb 16, 2022 | By Arlene N Renshaw
I intentionally purchased mugs made in the West Bank because I am very familiar with the struggles that Palestinians have in maintaining a viable business. Bethlehem and Hebron are especially difficult environments. We hand wash them and handle them carefully because the glazing is a bit fragile, but we're happy to take this extra care. We're very pleased with the color and design.

Hand mugs from the West Bank

I bought two mugs of each of the four colors. I get lots of compliments from visitors. The only downside is that as they are hand painted so need to be hand washed, but that is a small price to pay. Also I am glad to support artisans from the West Bank.
