Beautiful, sturdy

This basket never lasts long when we get one in. Well made and beautiful colors.

I called to address that my two baskets that I ordered during a sale but was charged full price came bent. Since it's Serv I was not mentioning the sale reduction was not applied, but figured I would let that go. However, when I said how they arrived, the person on the phone acted like I should have known better. She said that I should have read the directions about shaping how the baskets needed re-shaping. She said the instructions were included. I informed her that I didn't receive any instruction. She then directed me to youtube; just search market baskets. I did and of course numerous links resulted. She then said for me to search re-shaping market baskets and she started telling me how easy it was. I said I hope it works; I'll see. She left me with "Of course, it'll work". I felt very insulted by her patronizing tone. I have ordered from Serv for years for gift items and fundraisers. This recent order was for Christmas shopping. I fear it may be my last. I never want to be spoken to so rudely again.

Love this shopping bag, it's my second one. I get many compliments on them and always tell people where I purchased them.

Love this beautiful woven bag! It is sturdy, practical, can be taken anywhere (beach, plane, boat, shopping) used for baby needs, toys, shoes, overnight stay, Library, carry lunch and purse and on and on.

This basket doesn't disappoint. The colors are vibrant but not loud; the basket is more beautiful than the photo. It did arrive slightly misshhapen as specified in the reviews. It was an easy fix -I followed the directions-, sprayed the basket with water until damp. I placed clips ( with a piece of paper towel underneath to protect the basket) to keep the basket in alignment. It worked like a charm. Hoping to purchase another.

Beautiful colors and well made basket. It is even better than the picture depicts.
