Five years old and still great!

I bought this purse five years ago and have used it frequently, as my daily purse. It still looks great and shows no sign of breaking down. It's the perfect size and has useful pockets. Soft leather, wonderful design, holds all I need to take along when I go out. Not too heavy on my shoulder.

The leather is beautiful quality and very sturdy for everyday use. The bag is roomy and the adjustable strap is very comfortable.

I bought this bag three+ years ago. The leather is soft, the lining is like new, and I am very happy with the purchase. I keep the leather soft and moist with a leather-cleaning product. one per year. I love the pockets inside and outside, the lining, strap length, and leather color of this purse. You would pay a LOT more to get a purse of this quality at a department store. Additionally, I appreciate the fact that Serrv is a fair trade site.

The perfect purse. I've been waiting for a purse that was ethically sourced and not heavy. So cool that I can wear across my body of on my shoulder. It has a beautiful interior that was unexpected! Such value and thankfully not a heavy or stiff leather. Can fit so much in it but yet it is not oversized. Love it and perfect for traveling or every day use. Thank you!!!

This bag hits all of my preferred qualities. It is beautiful, unique, durable, comfortable to wear, matches everything, and has just the right amount of space. It's big enough to hold my keys, wallet, phone, coupons, and a few toiletry items without being bulky or cumbersome. It even has a beautiful lining. Excellent quality leather and stitching. I absolutely love it.

I'm delighted! This bag has all the features I've been looking for. The size and shape are perfect. So are the color and the leather finish. The self-closing snap is strong. I wanted a bag with simple lines and almost no trimmings but still shaped flat at the bottom. Inside, the lining fabric is simply beautiful. It has plenty of pockets: a large open pocket in front big enough for a tablet, two zipper pockets, and two more pockets made of the lining fabric. The only box that didn't get checked was a snug pocket just the right size for a cell phone. Still, I couldn't be happier. It is the end of a long search and I will really enjoy using it.

This bag is a beautiful Cognac leather and a nice soft texture but keeps its shape. It is a nice size for having enough space for a my somewhat large wallet and a few other things. Inside is a nice coordinating fabric. It's sewn well and I think it will last a long time.

I am a very practical person. I don't want 10 cute bags; I want one quality everyday-for-years kind of bag. And I want open pockets & zipped pockets & just the right size for a cross-body. Here it is & for a very reasonable price. The leather is nice & will only get softer & more lived-in looking as it gets hauled around in real life. All of the pockets are lined with unique batik-style fabric. All the fasteners are high quality. My only little quibble is that the end of the strap is too long & doesn't get caught up in the loop; it just kind of curls up & dangles. I may get a cobbler to trim it up for me or maybe not. I'm still gonna love this purse for years & years.

Buy one of Serrv's purses if you want a quality purse. This is the second one I have acquired from Serrv. I will never buy another one from anywhere else. The leather is superb and the artistry is excellent, and together create a work of art. The lining is lovely and strong, and the purse's design is perfect - the placement, size and type of the pockets and the look of the purse. I searched a long time to find a quality purse I could afford, and Serrv has a wide selection. And as important to me, I help other people. This is a wonderful pairing.

I am very happy with this bag, which has great quality leather and enough room, while not being so big that it is overwhelming. Incidentally I am happy with the entire order but don't have time to review each item separately. But getting back to the bag, this handbag really works for me.

As far as I'm concerned, this product could not be any better. It's a beautiful bag: butter-soft leather and elegant styling. I've gotten so many compliments on it. Moreover, it's an ideal size: roomy yet compact, with enough pockets to keep contents sorted. I'm truly thrilled with this bag.

I would make 2 changes: Make the strap much more adjustable so it can be a shoulder bag as well as a cross body bag, and: In one of the zipper pockets, add about six credit card holders

This bag is everything I hoped it would be and I highly doubt that I will ever buy another purse. Because this piece is well crafted and made of lovely, real leather, I know that if I take care of it it will be with me for years to come. Which is good, because it's beautiful, versatile and the ideal size for all my needs. It has front pouch, an internal zipper pocket, two internal non-zipper pockets, and a back zipper pocket. Just the right amount of organization, if you ask me. The front closure is magnetic, so your effects are safe but easy to access. This bag is a winner, through and through!
