Colorful and useful

I love these. I use them for everything from holding my pets medications to holding mail I need to read to holding my bp monitor. They are attractive and sturdy and much better for the environment than anything plastic.
Pretty smelly

These baskets are very attractive and useful but they wreaked of an earthy smell, a mix of soil and possibly manure. The smell was so strong that I had to leave them outside for over a week to air out. I sprayed a couple different sanitizers and air fresheners on them during that time. They are now inside the house with the slightest hint of an odor. Again, they are lovely but they were not user ready.

These boxes are attractive and well-made. We had bought gift packages in the past that were contained in a small sari box and thought them very pretty. These are, too, but, as warned, colors may vary. This set was in colors that do not fit with our decor at all. I mention this only to make future buyers aware. The colors in no way detract from the attractiveness or the quality of the product, both of which are good.

These didn't look as pretty as the picture when I got them. No metaphorical 'finished gloss'. They're a bit rough and not very strong for heavy items. But... I'm happy with them and I'm getting more. I'm not afraid to use them to dress up ordinary storage. And I'm not afraid to let my kids use them. They're lightweight and don't feel flimsy. I love that they're recycled. Highly recommend.

I love all the Sari products. I have kitchen towels and dishcloths and a few Sari-wrapped baskets. The most recent baskets have an odor about them that is not pleasant. I'm letting them air for awhile hoping that goes away. I've read on this website that sometimes there is an aroma that goes away. The dish cloths and towels are a great weight for getting wet and drying easily overnight (hanging on a rod by the sink). Colors are excellent flashy, festive additions to my kitchen!

Love how these have become useful in ways I didn't even know. Negative is no way to chose colors. I got too much red, white, gray and blue. I'd have preferred some colors much closer to the items shown here.

These baskets are well made and very colorful. I used the largest to hold several odd-sized gifts, for friend.. The other two have been put to good use corralling small books and items on a coffee table and my nightstand. They really look nice and class things up a bit!

The colors I received were all variations on berry tones which I really enjoy and they're also the perfect sizes; the largest for magazines, the mid-size for mail, and the smaller one fits perfectly on my coffee table to hold headsets, ear buds and the remotes while looking very attractive. In spite of the fabric woven in, these baskets also seem really sturdy.
